- Un professionalism - You will feel as if you are working in an environment of shop where lots of grocery prople are sitting around having competition in selling not their expertise but lickering their management to get at the top. -Managers doesn’t have any idea about management, they just know to blame others and take credit. -Everytime process gets change and if you don’t follow they will remove employee without giving any valid reason. -No growth, its like wasting your career

there is not single reason i can mention for which you can stay and learn anything

Worst working culture your opninon doest matter here, its only one man show. whatever he thiks is goos is good. your opnion dont have any value here. so please dont go for this company you can find some better place.
