NCC Data leadership is more directed to teaching in a team environment and allowing engineers to reach full potential by allowing access (under supervision) to systems you may not ever have access to at any other company. Highly recommended. If you prefer to learn quickly within the IT field, this is a great environment for you.

Management that cares - The VP of Operations really took care of me and insured any concerns i had were addressed and taken care of.
