After the Comcast acquisition, it has slowly turned into a forward-thinking organization encouraging creative ideas from its staff. Leadership from upper management is frequently visible and positive.

Wage stagnation can be a big issue here. There is no set salary range for jobs so departments can assign whatever they want for their staff and salary fluctuations increase the higher up you go. New hires tend to get paid significantly higher than those who have been here longer while performing the same job. However, there is plenty of opportunities here to make up for lost salary growth. Do not get complacent performing the same job for over five years because that is when your salary will start to lag.
