Interesting work but bureaucratic - Human Research bei NASA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Center froze hiring and wont renew my term contract without significant justifications and hoop jumping to accommodate permanent employees (I've encountered permanent employees who don't deserve a full time appointment). Very slow wheel turning on just about everything that requires someone's help.
