I have been working at N-Compass TV for about a month now and I have been blown away! I learned quickly that asking for help is something that is encouraged. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, especially during the training process. Everyone at this company really truly cares about their job and duties. The work environment is amazing! Everyone is always encouraging each other. The interview process was very smooth and fast! This job is very rewarding and if you do a good job, it does not go unnoticed!

Not a con- but, this company is growing very fast. That means there is a lot of work to do and working longer hours is needed some days. I don't mind it because I know my work is making a difference!
