Misleading statements about expertise and industry knowledge. Poor professionalism in conversations with external professionals. Disorganized and unclear responses to basic questions. Lack of transparency in how they present their capabilities. Behavior that creates trust issues with clients and industry peers. Communication sometimes felt defensive rather than knowledgeable. Overall negative and frustrating experience dealing with the company.
