More than just a job! - Operations Associate bei MyTutor: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is so much to MyTutor beyond your own job role - social and wellness committees, mentoring programmes, complete transparency with management/SLT. As an Operations Associate, I've found that these initiatives make my work more enjoyable and allow me to develop skills outside of the ones required by my position. This is my first job after graduating from uni, and the strong culture at MyTutor is definitely something that will shape me professionally going forward. Moreover, I was hired in December just as the third lockdown hit, meaning I was onboarded remotely - and it was seamless. I was easily set up with a laptop at home, training was very well organised (albeit intense/information heavy at the time) and I was able to be on frontline ops within a few weeks.
