Pros

If you likely want to retire, dont value career progression, dont have any financial issue, really love to do minimal task. This is your place, You will feel too leisure (depends on your department). Be clock out of the office 5pm sharp everyday. Work Life Balance.

- No Clear Career Progression. - Unclear KPI, and annually Appraisal are totally depends on your superior. If your boss pleaser, then welcome this company. As majority people who stay here are boss pleaser. - HR are not competent, Offer letter will received on your first day. If you have any inquiry, sent them an email or whatsapp. If you are lucky they will reply. - KWSP/ EPF are sometimes not paid within the set period . It will paid sometimes on 15th Onwards, or Maybe 2 months later. - Claim to be Asean AI China Lab, but technology used outdated. Maybe different for other department i guess. - Salary increment, if you are the best performer expect less than only 1-3% only increment. - Benefit : Medical only RM 4++, vary for different position. No Optic or Dental. - If there is a bonus, you will likely receive 1 month or half your salary (but that depends on your department as well) - If you have want to work here, despite all the above mention. Just put 24hr notice, because HR will suck your paycheck till its dry. Even you told them they are breaking the law. If you have the energy. They are breaking any Employment Act as they possible can. So pack up all your evidence, and when the day comes, You have all the receipts. And one more, your payslip will not be this company, they will put you in a subsidary company. IYKYN

1.No offer letter was given before joining. Acceptance was confirmed through email, and the offer letter was only signed on the first day of work. Basically, you agree first, read later. 2.Salary is quite low compared to workload and expectations. 3.Technology environment feels quite outdated. At times, it feels like solving today’s problems using yesterday’s tools while still being expected to meet modern expectations. 3.Almost no benefits provided apart from OT claims. 4.Medical insurance only covers RM480 per year and does not include spouse or children. 5.During probation, you cannot take annual leave or even enjoy staff discounts. Salary deduction may still happen, but no increment after confirmation. 6.KPI measurement is unclear. Performance review depends heavily on management judgement, so expectations may change depending on who evaluates you. Or the boss just biassed 7.HR is difficult to reach. No proper employee system or platform like chatbots, mainly email, calls, or WhatsApp. 8.Bonus is reportedly around 1–3%, and you need to work about two years before becoming eligible. 9.EPF (KWSP) payments were delayed for certain months, which is concerning for statutory contributions. 10.Salary payment favors RHB accounts. Other banks may receive salary 1–2 days later, especially during weekends or public holidays, meaning you wait longer for money you already earned. 11.Management treatment may feel inconsistent. Employees with critical knowledge tend to be favored, especially when operational issues arise.
