Founders/Owners care too much about outward appearances. No investment in employees. I worked there for about two weeks before the owner even said two words to me. Even then, he communicates through text and Skype. He rarely answers his email (he has about 7 different addresses). He frequently didn't respond to my questions and I was left not knowing what to do in some circumstances. I felt like I had to work in a vacuum with no support. There is little to no communication with employees. There is no vision and no core values. Pay for certain positions is way below market. Owners seemed to change their minds every other day. One day I am asked to perform a task. The next day asked to disregard. The next day asked to return to the task. The next day asked to stop. The building is pretty. However, it is not ADA compliant. Two story. No elevator.
