Great experience learned alot about mechanic.

Industry is unhealthy & unsafe.

Many of the co-workers were very nice.

If you like mental abuse then this is the right job for you. Managers are not in the right roles, and should be replaced. Higher ups know the issues but refuse to make a change. Shouldn’t tell, scream, berate anyone ever in the work environment. Lots of inappropriate stuff happening here from inside the office and out in the yards.
