The company culture is dysfunctional on every level. A group of investors (board) are heavily involved in daily operations from micromanaging the leadership team to attending routine employee meetings. The culture among the employees is equally dysfunctional.

Pros

The product had potential and serves a critical security need for interoperability between first responders and schools.

Kontras

Because the company always struggled with financing, some of the code and product lines were not well integrated. It is a very difficult market and the competition are usually factors larger and not afraid to throw around their weight.
