Incredible people, and a very entrepreneurial atmosphere. The relationship between commercial and support groups, as well as between the various offices and entities is extremely productive and strong. Processes and systems are also strong, and continually improving to keep up with the industry. The sky is the limit at this shop, if you participate in the employee led initiatives and clearly communicate what your ultimate career goals are.

Not sure this is even a "con" - but this is a strong work/life balance shop that tends to take a long-term compensation package approach. Other shops can sometimes pay more, but you will also work a lot more. Depends on what you are looking for.
