Great learning experience with supportive team - Software Engineer bei Musikaar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked for Musikaar at ahmedabad office for long term. I had enjoyed working at Musikaar. Overall it was good experience.

Only thing I feel con is the appraisal, I feel new employees who has same or even less exoerience get more salary than the current employees.

relaxed work environment. Flexible timing is really helpful. You can work on multiple projects simultaneously and get experience of many technologies at the same time.

increment is a biggest issue. Lack of good projects and challenging project is also a problem. Internal systems are not updated. They are using excel sheets to maintain test cases instead of good tool.
