Low expectations, ability to wear many hats, impossible to get fired

Low ambitions, and only one management staff has any real aerospace experience. No good leaders to learn from, or experienced individuals in technical roles. Great entry level opportunities for getting started, but no room/respect to grow. Pay is insulting, but cannot be fixed because the senior management doesn’t track cost and cannot afford to pay good talent. Ultimately, the organizational strategy reward bad people to stay, and good people to leave. No engineer should consider a position outside of new grads looking to get industry experience.
