There is a adherence system that forces to use your off hours on a preset time that changes everything the moment you forget to take break you break adherence and guess what you lose your bonus when you don't comply adherence. So its micromanagement hell, I should also mention there is a static called average call duration if it goes lower than the average you have to answer management. This whole process was ridiculous so glad I was able to quit. Should also add you cant get any off time(unpaid mind you) if they are low on interpreters which they always are because anyone who gets the change will quit
