The internet connection can fail several times a day, and the connection between the two main offices fails as well. Management doesnt know the meaning of 'High Availability'; - All requests/implementation/availability of required infraestructure for new projects falls on one team, that doesnt have sufficient people or time to pull it off, due to constant hindrence from the management and solving infrastructure problems that should not exist in the first place.

Below average wages; Middle /Upper management very non-receptive to criticism and downright shady(going to the point of threatening current workers with character assassination/shaming so as to make it harder for them to find work in the future) . Interview process is very exhausting like they're Google 2.0, only with zero benefits and poor pay. Most of the projects are ill documented and complete spaghetti mess with no one really having the knowledge to help you out; Career progression is non existent. Unless you're spending at least 12 hours a day working, expect zero career progression or annual prizes;
