They are a revenue machine and while they have a lot of sellers, they pay them very little so I would assume are very profitable. There are a handful of excellent senior people, mostly outside of sales

I’ve never shared on Glassdoor but feel so strongly people should be warned I almost feel a moral obligation. The cons are so extensive and pervasive it would require way more than a Glassdoor post. It starts at the top. The ceo is a disaster and will eventually flame out. His unpredictable temperament has the entire organization on edge. Emotion gets in his way and negatively influences his judgment and decisions. Frankly, his behavior is often shameful. Sales leadership in particular uses intimidation tactics that are deplorable. Humiliation is rampant. While there is a need for this type of product, there’s is borderline fraudulent. Look into the data depth before you decide join.
