Besides numerous project delays and no career growth, my main concerns are in views of in-country management: 1. Management's Unchecked Transgressions: In my experience, one major con of this company is that certain members of the management seem to get away with unethical behavior and transgressions without facing any consequences. This creates an environment of favoritism and a lack of accountability, which is detrimental to the overall work culture. 2.Hostile Work Environment: The prevalence of shouting, verbal abuse, and scapegoating within the company has created a hostile work environment. These behaviors not only negatively affect employee morale but also hinder productivity and collaboration. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct within the workplace. 3.HR's Lack of Intervention: Another significant issue is the apparent complicity of the HR department in enabling these unfair practices. When HR should be a resource for employees to seek support and resolution, it seems they are more aligned with protecting the interests of management. This lack of impartiality erodes trust in the company's HR processes.
