Great work place - Carpenter bei Multi Serve: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Multiserve has a high level of organization and generally doesn't overwork their employees. They are a well refined company but are constantly improving their processes and procedures. They are generous with salary and benefits and provide tradesmen with vehicles and fuel.

Not very many. The work may get a little repetitive but that wasn't an issue for me

I have been working for this company for a few months shy of a year. I graduated high school in 2009 and worked for local factory's before finding my love and passion in carpentry and became an apprentice years ago. Before working for multi serve I had never felt as much as part of the team as I do here. Everyone in this company are great people and very personable. They truly value and care about their employees and co workers. I have always felt like I mattered and I wasn't just a number. On top of all this their company has a great reputation and we produce great quality work that makes me even more proud to be a member of this team. I love coming into work everyday and I can't say I have felt that way about some of my previous employments. The communication within this company is unmatched. I know that if I ever have a question or concern I can turn to my supervisor or even one of the company owners. Working for Multi Serve has made me feel like a member of a team, but more so a member of a great family.

I honestly have no cons working here. I always have a full work week and feel respected and valued.
