- For the last 5 years I saw the company grow from 40 to more than 500 and most of the core values are not changing (transparency, ownership, hiring great people) - If you like to work on a product, there are not similar opportunities in the Buenos Aires market - Lunch twice a week, good variety of drinks and snacks, football & paddle - Good culture that promotes ownership & taking risks on the engineering side
