- MR BUTTON is a growing company with international presences. - Whit the sharp fit and the great styling makes the brand stand out it gave me a chance to understand menswear in wider format. - Have got a chance to do a lot training and development for the out of the box sales experience. - Have got to set up the entire new store right from interior to operational - The made to measure section of the company gave me opportunity to do the styling as per the occasion. - Did styling for cream magazine celebrity photo shoots.

- Being new in retail the company had no store SOP or KPI for the fashion consultant's but that gave me the chance of making the store SOP and the KPI for the team. - The training module was not available because of I was not given and training or store handover, eventually this worked for me as i got a chance to make the module for POSS and Prasora the operating soft-wears and understood the self learning process much better.
