There is no respect for the people who are working well, very poor recognition. People who are close to managers and doing their work were given all rewards. CEO announced that bonus will be given based on ratings and now they have made rating poor for people who worked for the whole but recently put their papers .This clearly shows how the company is recognizing employees. If you are relative or close to an manager there , then that's the right place to work . Else you will be treated as a working machine without any previlages. Consistent non-performers who are close to senior level employees are getting consistent promotions , hike and even onsite opportunities.
