1.You just need to say " yes boss ",work doesn't matter. 2.Pretty bad caste politics.I never imagined that things could be so brazen. 3.Veteran non-billable workers get paid for nothing,they don't have any role in the project yet roam around with the tag of a manager. 4.Lots of time wasted in coming up with cooked up data about the status of the project . (Since the manager has no say in the project ,he has no idea what the project is about). 5.Pretty much felt like working in a government office.
