Degree of freedom to the employees are comparatively higher. Easy working environment. Job Security.

Compensations are not fair enough. Very less percentage of salary increment - that too annually. No work preference - Employees suffer getting stuck in the locations they never wish to be in. Company policies were not stable - Every change they bring in it affects the lower level employees.
