Pros
great organizational mission and vision that is mostly a reflection of the projects they fiscally sponsor.
Kontras
extremely toxic and extractive work culture, lacks transparency while lifting up and promoting deep democracy. led by folks who struggle to lead an organization that has grown to a large size and have a mentality that the business structure is just a container and not the "important work" and it shows in the lack of systems, process, and internal controls, as well as in who they promote. Management and leadership are great at communicating with a language of love but are very manipulative and don't create paths for others to step into their own power to help lead the organization even though it's necessary. Similar or worse than a corporate job, but without the benefits.
