Favoritism is rampant, and even those who barely contribute are given growth opportunities and treated better. There are too many "managers" and no real leaders. Anyone and everyone holds the title of manager here. Hard work has no value. Some are forced to come to the office regularly, while others are allowed to work from home for months on end — even disappearing without accountability. Employees with lower salaries are treated as a burden, while managers enjoy the perks funded by the company. The so-called CTO and CEO have completely failed to recognize genuine efforts. They talk about ethics, yet their favorites constantly break those very values without consequence — while others are questioned and judged.
