Not much. Join if you want to work in a smaller company and dynamic environment and engineering/technology aspect don't really matter to you.

1. COO: Don't read a lot from COO review, he is clearly boasting his org by using a lot of fancy keywords of which a little is true (even 100,000 is a projected number). This guy will ask you to come on weekends for doing things other than your assigned tasks. He will have weird ideas and will not have clarity of what it takes to implement them. He sometimes, also likes to have senseless arguments. Though he is head of operations, has bad habit of interfering in technology and good engineers will never gel with him 2. lack of clarity/planning management has/does. 3. Technology Awareness in the org is really poor and it feels they don't want to improve it. A little focus is given to technology aspect of product and review how things should be done along with feature planning. mostly interested in building features and fixing broken things. 4. lack of knowledge sharing from initial people in the org, they will ask you to fix existing bugs without giving a proper KT and most of the existing code is a big mess. 5. This is a operations first company and technology will always take a backseat. not making, one of the co-founder says this. 6. ESOP's: No clarity, I started asking even before joining and for me they kept delaying month after month and nothing at the end.
