Pros

The culture is great from a peer to peer perspective and generally get the sense that you are around good and accepting people. Great core values when followed by all.

Very disappointed, like most companies, as you spend time you start to notice the cracks showing. Recently its come to my attention that upper management and HR have favoritism and will allow certain staff to bypass their core values. HR has admitted that they will allow certain people to continue to work with lack of integrity and if you try to present evidence they will disregard you. It is clear that HR is not there for the people and to a certain extent to not even there for the company. The lack of integrity is very shocking considering how much they preach about the core values.
