The health benefits are good if you need them.
Kontras
Zero flexibility in the youth department. Poor management the are ok with employees being yelled at and gaslit. Zero cultural competency and the EDI work is not happening. Manager plays favorites. Morale is very low and got worse in the short time I was there.
