As a millennial, I appreciate the "I do, you do, I watch" method of learning that was prevalent when the company first started. However, I have noticed a shift in our work dynamics since the arrival of Gen Z employees. While it's important to be supportive of everyone's needs, I sometimes feel that things are being overly spoon-fed due to the preferences of the Gen Z employees.
