Management gives employees little to no stability or coherent message on what is expected of you as the role continuously changes. For example, in my short time working there my job title changed 2 times, commission structure changed 4 times and expectations for my specific job role changed every quarter... leaving you confused and constantly making sure you aren’t being taken advantage of every check. HR and payroll messed up my take home pay multiple times. The goal post was only achievable if you sacrifice your work life balance to work early and/or late on pipeline and outreach. No overtime was ever compensated. I worked on countless busy work projects creating PowerPoints and spreadsheets for customer outreach that never amounted to anything I was aware of by upper management. All in all, toxic workplace in a failing business disguised as a “family orientated” company save your own sanity and pass on this company.
