1. Open and honest environment (you always know where you stand) 2. Resources are abundant (whatever you need to improve your performance is reviewed. If you can articulate the ROI, then it's never a "no") 3. Free personal trainer 3x per week 4. Free nitro cold brew tap, snacks, and beer 5. Monthly lunches (free) to review the company's performance 6. Constant recognition of performance that goes beyond the daily duty (with gift cards as a bonus) 7. Free company swag 8. Relaxed environment (no dress code, congregation areas to hangout) 9. Work from home days and flex hours 10. Unlimited PTO 11. Redone workspace as of December 2019 12. Monthly outings 13. If you're a punch-in, punch-out person, this isn't the place for you. If you don't like peer feedback then you won't like it here either. It's a noisy environment too since people are usually playing music, chatting or collaborating.

Pros

I've never enjoyed coming to work as much as I have while working at MotherG. The company's core values are proudly displayed on the office wall and are exemplified within the organization by all employees, value propositions, and decisions made by team. Everyone here speaks the same language and has similar mindsets so it is very easy to work with anyone to get anything accomplished. There are no prima donnas. Awesome technology integration and support aligned with impeccable customer service are byproducts of such a precisely designed system.

You get into any job what you put in. (Note: working here is so much more than a job or career. It is a way of life...and that's good!) Everyone has heard that before. It's true here as well. There are organization goals, department goals, and personal goals. Success isn't possible unless everyone meets expectations. We don't grow, we don't progress. MotherG simply wants to be better tomorrow than they are today, which is pretty great. Not only does the organization want to succeed, but they want individuals to succeed as well. There is support for this along the way. The CON in this? Hard work pays off. Success is celebrated.
