- Upper and middle management has poor communication and leadership
- Many people are getting away with doing their job by doing the bare minimum and there are no consequences
- Understaffed so some people are overworked and doing jobs they weren’t hired to do causing burnout and low morale
- When issues are brought up to middle and upper management, there is little to no improvement or solutions to grow and change things
- Pay raises don’t reflect that the company values the hard work we do leaving some people to look elsewhere
- High expectations to put out rush jobs at the last minute then getting upset when it can’t be done
