-Gate-keeping of information despite us all working towards the same goal -Had a married couple working together in the same department, one of which was senior in said department… -Old boys club with many workers knowing each other for decades which meant certain bad behaviours were overlooked -company had the most callous response in COVID-19, HR sent out an email to workers during the covid-19 upheaval (just as the U.K. started to take it seriously, a few weeks before the national lockdown) saying that if employees tried to take sick leave or tried to arrange to stay at home to be with their family, they would be reprimanded -Saw way more slanging matches (shouting, swearing) than I cared for -witnessed terrible secondary school bullying in one department
