Pros
Good hours. Work/life balance. Benefits are okay. The work is enjoyable. Diversity among front line staff.
Kontras
Very unnecessarily stressful job due to poor upper level leadership. Company isn’t doing very well and it feels like leadership is panicking and making changes without proper planning and with very poor execution. Communication and teamwork seems to be viewed as a negative thing, which contributes to the poor performance. Pay is low and unless you work at home office there is really no opportunity to advance and you are viewed and treated as expendable. Just looking for warm bodies. No diversity among VPs and upper level leadership. A lot of effort is put into culture but when the rubber hits the road none of it is actually valued at the top level.
