Pros
Amazing environment; employees have a voice here; Trauma Informed Care's journey is well underway, and in the process of growth, the leadership keeps it real; training is ongoing, awesome, fun, applicable, and effective; it's definitely a team environment and a community atmosphere in the whole organization; benefits show they care; effective programs where the kids still check in and tell us how they've changed; the staff drama stays to a minimum; the campus is beautiful; the long-term goals are great; I could go on for some time about the pro's.
Kontras
With medical benefits, the whole family plan is a really big jump financially, but that's not MH's fault; occasionally, there's some drama within the staff; pay could possibly be higher (even though it's still competitive); some employees may find values differences with others in the company; there is some disorganization in the basement... I'd have to dig to find much else wrong.
