Current CEO and ex-MD turned Moneycorp into a place people wanted to work. This has been completely un-done by the current MD Capabilities are average for the industry but not setup to handle big clients.

MD has caused irreaparable damage. Hired 4 heads of desks, of which only 2 remain. 1 was fired for calling out the Moneycorp/ MD of origination's flaws. Spent hundreds of thousands on deloitte with nothing to show for it, despite the narrative to the team being "there is no budget for promotion, tooling, training". Shook the team up with verticalisation, u-turned on it after a month. Stifled employees careers, gave false promises, and ultimately has caused employees to quit every month. This needs to be investigated by c suite. CRM is out-dated and the new one is constantly being delayed Onboarding takes 5 days (and this is seen as good!). Your competitors can onboard in a day. Company invests nothing. Clients are never treated to hospitality, and events are rarely held. As long as the EBITDA looks good though.... Little office space even though we were promised pods a year ago. Large company with the attractiveness of a small brokerage. Can't handle large clients, small clients aren't ICP. Credit offering is poor
