A fully immersive studio where you get to hone your skills and be apart of the game development stages and experience hands-on work. Our company culture is laid back and fun! It's been a true relief to join a company during COVID and get that feeling of security back again. I absolutely love it!

Overall, Monarch is a good little company to work for. The environment feels very welcoming and feels more like a "home" than a work office. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help clarify anything. We work with eLearning so there is a ton of different projects we get exposed to. Monarch is pretty flexible on scheduling, even allowing most full-time employees to work part-time from home! Anyone can go to anyone else for help, whether it be the CEO, CIO or anyone else, you don't have a hierarchy system there.

The pay is quite low, even for full-time employment. It seems as though nobody really gets promoted, theres aren't too many positions in this company so it is difficult to move up anywhere.
