Pros

Benefits is the main reason to stay

Kontras

No one seems to be happy. Lack of direction and growth. The longer you stay, your mental health will be affected. The veteran employees are getting demoted and eventually on the bottom of the totem pole. Too many senior titles acting like they are in power and no work is being done. No sense of accountability and taking credit for other people’s work. Employee moral has decreased and employee retention is terrible. I would not recommend this company to work at.

Senior leadership across go-to-market, product, and business functions lacks alignment and clear strategic direction, which has negatively impacted execution and overall company momentum and morale. Workload can be intense, with many competing priorities and limited clarity on what matters most. Employees who don’t align closely with the prevailing culture (Korean/Male) may find it difficult to be recognized or promoted.
