A bunch of talented and good professionals. Good career start. Remuneration in time. Good canteen. Good location. Good for women who wants to go into child care vacation.

Low salary scale. Lack of corporate culture. Top management protects personal interests. Political engagement. Old business processes and informational systems. A lot of doing nothing paperwork. Lack of people development and professional growth. Winter in central building is very cold, it's about 15-17°C because of bad and old heating system. Elevators doesn't work normally.

job is not difficult at all and does not involve any stress

All company structure is based on NEPOTISM. There is no possibility to grow professionaly at all as everthing is based on nepotism: starting from the salary, bonus, travel & sanatorium vouchers - which speaks about rooted coruption. High management does not invest anyting in their emploees and if there are any learning courses , only few employees can benefit of it and again, these emplyoyees are strictly selected on a favoritism relationships basis.
