As a culture, Moixa is superbly flexible in its working practices, and has great policies to make sure people working from home have the same opportunities as those who choose to go into the office. Moixa genuinely buys in to the concept of trusting employees to deliver - although this does mean that you have to be self-motivated and set your own priorities some of the time. Rewards and benefits are great for a company of Moixa's size.
