Pros

It is a fun environment with supportive coworkers. The days fly by no dragging yourself to the end of the day here. Managment has your back, which is really important especially with customer service and since the problems that come to customer service can be a little complicated.

Kontras

Sometimes there isn't time to do in-depth training so you can feel sort of frazzled, but the rest of the staff is usually able to help in a pinch. No insurance, which is a bummer but not a deal breaker.

Pros

Small company that you wear many hats for. Direct contact with the owners who are involved in every aspect of the daily tasks. There is no middle management so you are always hands on and work in lock step with the owners. They are fair and appreciate input. They are always working so you can always get answers. They believe in a work life balance so they always want you to take time off when needed.

Sometimes in a small company you are wearing every hat. Sometimes you are stretched thin.

Pros

Literally zero. I'm pretty sure these people are insane.

Kontras

I couldn't handle working for more than 3 months bc of how insane the owners are. Everyone is super cut throat in the company and they lie about lead times to get you to sell stuff that came even be made in time. Crazy how the CEO is now the owners wife.
