There is no company culture. They demand things when they want them, and then forget 2 weeks later they asked for something. They play favorites with their enterprise and higher ed clients. If tech was hiring more, I'd jump positions in a second.
They say unlimited PTO, but then when you take time off your essentially punished for it.
