1) The worst employer health insurance plan (700$ for employee and spouse with 12000 deductable and 40% copay. You got to be kidding me), 2) No paid leaves, 3) No benefits. 4) False promises during joining. 5) They take more cut from client billing. They take around 40% to 50% from the client billing and pay little for H1B workers. They literally suck their blood. 6) Forget green card processing. They promise to start after few months of joining but it usually never happens ADVISE : Demand to know about client billing rate and do not accept for anything less than 80% of client billing rate.
