-Great atmosphere, we are all there to make ourselves money but know we are part of a team as well. Not too big of an office, you feel like you can personally make a difference to the culture and the bottom line. -The New York office has been reorganized over the last year, several people who were poisonous to the culture were let go. -Growth - lots of opportunity for training, advancement since you are part of a multi-national organization -The senior management, from Jack Cullen on down, show their support for the office by coming by and talking to us/reviewing strategy.

-Short on staff, could use some help, company is slow to hire new staff. -The internal candidate tracking system is a pain - it freezes/shuts down a lot
