The Canon and Ricoh product lines are well known and market share leaders. There is sufficient customer base to upgrade that you don't need to prospect very hard.

Pay plan and quota for the year was not provided until May. How you are paid is subject to change at any time. Oftentimes you make a sale only to find you will make no money on it. Current owner inherited the company and has little ability to run an organization. The COO is caustic, vengeful and does not understand sales or sales professionals at all.
