Pros

The best part about the company is its culture. There are so many who despise their company's culture, and it makes their lives miserable. It's great to be able to walk into the office and feel like you are supported by those around you. On top of this, our leadership team is always wanting to make sure we have the right people in the right seats. They see the success of the company as helping their employees succeed, not just getting to the bottom line with sales. Everyone is on board with pushing the company farther, which to me, is rare with a company that is more than 20 employees. You won't be bored here & you'll be supported to grow more than you could know in your career! Love it here!

We are a fast-paced growing company, so there can be growing pains at times. You will get out the work you put in, but that means you have to work! Although - can't say this is a con unless you're not equip to handle the tasks at hand. We are all hard workers & help each other at every point to ensure we're all meeting our goals!

I learned so much from my time with MM and couldn’t be more grateful for the lifelong relationships I have gained from working here. Great people, incredible culture, leadership respects their employees, and the memories you’ll make will last a lifetime.

I've worked at Modern Message for the majority of my 20's and it's been hands down one of the best decisions I've made. This company creates a safe and encouraging environment to risk, learn, try new things, learn from your mistakes and have a ton of fun! The leadership team leans on their core values of openness, honesty, unity, and fun to build a company culture that really does value people, and helps them evaluate and learn how to be their best professional and personal selves.

A start-up environment can be fast-paced, and this job requires a lot of flexibility and willingness to adapt to change. Learning and relearning products, people, policies, and procedures can sometimes be stressful, and your sanity sometimes relies on holding expectations loosely for timelines and deadlines.
