They are very understanding of ‘real life’ needs and can be very flexible if you need an extra remote day, sudden PTO or concessions when life throws you a curve ball.
Kontras
401k plan is poor, compensation is poor and the amount of acquisitions is shocking. Several every year and more planned for next year. The firm is growing and it does not have a positive impact on any of the employees. Many supervisors are unapproachable. The day to day is fine enough.. but longevity is bleak for most of us ‘normal people’ in the firm.
