If you're a young person satisfied with mediocre wages or are looking to learn more about management or business it may work for you. Vacation & comp time is nice.

"Manager title with low pay and heavy workload" sounds about right to me. They'll get you at the lowest price they can and continue to ask for more and more (probably why they're going younger). Raises are non existent. Praise family atmosphere but clearly shows associates and management they don't care. Associate discounts are small compared to other retailers and when "Associate appreciation weekend" rolls around you get an unimpressive 33% off regular priced 20% off... except they mark almost EVERY THING down the day before. Could say more but I'm pressed for time. By the way a long tenure and time put in mean nothing to upper management.
