Not very competitive compared to other companies which offer the same roles in terms of Salary / Options / Benefits 3. Luck of understanding of investing in employee empowerment and preservation 4.       A home, just like family, amazing people, positive working environment, great local management, flexible hours, really care about you as a person. This is not like any other company. It’s not the glamorous place at all, but it is a place with a soul and a heart!
